Google Web Designer is a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) HTML5 and CSS3 web development environment. Currently, it is only in BETA, but looks like a powerful web development tool. It currently runs on Windows, MAC, and Linux. No chrome OS support yet, but hopefully soon. It has a small footprint, is quick to download, and has some powerful features.
